KCS Assessment
A KCS Assessment provides an unbiased look at your current practices and how they match up to the KCS methodology. Assessments are typically a week in duration depending on the size of the organization.
Developing Strategic Framework
Formally defining and documenting a strategic framework for your KCS goals before embarking on the implementation will greatly increase your odds of success. This service is highly effective in providing focus and clarity for the remaining path forward. This service can also contain Return on Investment (ROI) analysis to quantify the value of implementing KCS. If you have not completed a KCS Assessment, it is recommended that you do so as a part of this service. A strategic framework session is typically less than a week in duration depending on the size and number of stakeholders in the organization.
KCS Process Implementation and Organizational Change Management (OCM)
During a KCS implementation, KCS principles are translated into enhanced business processes and the technology to assist with those processes. A change in business process however, can be a more fundamental change to part of the organizations culture. Organization Change Management anticipates the roadblocks and facilitates a smooth transition to the new business process and new culture. Overlooking the need to utilize Organizational Change Management often leads to decreased adoption rates (”a slump”) after the initial implementation period. Stone Cobra can assist you with Organizational Change Management during your KCS implementation to ensure successful adoption, or can also help get you out of the “slump” if you find yourself already there post-implementation.
